Now Booking Private Parties and Playdates on Saturdays through June 27th

Due to ongoing changes in capacity limitations, we are currently booking parties and private playdates on Saturdays through the end of June, 2020. All parties and playdates booked in May and June will be booked in two hour blocks with a max capacity of 35 people.

A Private Playdate is the equivalent of the Basic Party Package, and is a great way to gather a trusted group of friends and family to spend some time together. You can read more about our party packages below, and then call us at 417-202-2025 or email play@ittybitty.city to book your party or playdate.

Our Basic Party Package includes admission for 35 people total (adults and children). You can bring your own food, drink, cake, ice cream, table decorations, etc. Your dedicated Party Pal (assistant) will lead your party group in singing happy birthday to the Birthday Boy/Girl, parading through the City, and helping you in the party room! 20 Itty Bitty City themed party invitations and envelopes are included as well. This package is $200

Our Deluxe Party Package includes everything in the basic package plus custom cake, ice cream, bottled water, paper goods, party favors, balloons, and an Itty Bitty City logo t-shirt. This package should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. This package is $400

Parties are booked in two hour time blocks that look like this:

• 1:00 – Guests arrive and play. You have immediate access to your room to set up.
• 1:45 – We sing Happy Birthday on the stage for your child, then parade you back to the room.
• 2:45 – Your party winds down. We come in to clean and help you pack your belongings.
• 3:00 – Your party ends.

The first and last parties of the day have the option to add on an hour of private play prior to/following their party, if desired.

Cancellation Policy
Birthday party deposits can be refunded with cancellations made at least two weeks in advance of scheduled party date. For cancellations less than two weeks in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. We are happy to help you reschedule a party due to illness. If we are closed because of inclement weather on the day of your scheduled party, you can choose between a deposit refund or a reschedule.
