Please sign our waiver
Our insurance company requires a waiver for anyone under the age of 18 who visits Itty Bitty City. Visiting Itty Bitty City is no more dangerous that visiting a park to play (probably less dangerous, actually), but our accident insurance policy requires that all visitors have a waiver on file.
We highly recommend that you fill out the waiver here on our website prior to your arrival at Itty Bitty City. Completing the waiver in advance will save you from standing in our lobby, trying to fill out the form on a tablet (or waiting in line to do so) while your child tries to contain their excitement.
The waiver is good for a full year, so go ahead, fill it out now! Be sure to include everyone in your household under the age of 18, including infants.
